MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

2008

Membership is open to both Ladies and Men and there are six categories:-

1) FULL ORDINARY MEMBER £325.00

2) COUNTRY MEMBERSHIP £195.00

3) OVERSEAS MEMBERSHIP £100.00

4) JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP (UNDER 16 YEARS) £ 75.00

5) INTERMEDIATE ADULT (16&17 YEARS OLD) £150.00

6) SENIOR MEMBERSHIP (65yo MEN, 60yo LADIES) £195.00

There is no joining fee and Membership is renewable annually by 1^st February.

Rather than pay subscriptions in full, you have the option of spreading the cost by paying by Direct Debit, over 10 months throughout the year, although this is not available to Overseas, Junior or Intermediate Memberships.

The membership runs from 1^st. February to the 31^st. January. Full members joining during the high season may be entitled to a reduction in their first year’s subscription.

As a member of Charleton you have access to the 18-hole course only.

Although we do not set aside tee times for members, reservations can and should be made in advance.

Members will be able to introduce guests. The cost for a guest’s round of golf is £12. Guests must be accompanied by a member, and both members and guests must sign the members book at the Clubhouse, failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the course. Members can introduce no more than 3 guests at any one time. No limit has been set on the number of guest tickets that a member is entitled to during the year. When it is felt that there is a need to do so, the limit will fall in line with other clubs.

Charleton Golf Club is affiliated to the Scottish Golf Union and the Fife Golf Association. You will therefore be able to use this as your home club for the purpose of obtaining your handicap. This will be administered by the Club Handicap Committee.

Dogs are only permitted on the course if on a lead at all times
